Terms and Conditions
Effective date: November 27, 2025. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of plumbing services by Frontier Plumbing Pros ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you"). By requesting or accepting services you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations and maintenance as described in the written estimate, invoice, or work order. Any work outside the agreed scope will require a separate written agreement or change order.
2. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Estimates are provided based on visible conditions and available information. Final charges reflect actual labor, parts, materials and applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved billing terms. Late payments may incur interest or collection costs.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee to cover travel and labor.
4. Access, Permits & Customer Obligations
You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area and disclose known hazards or prior work. It is your responsibility to obtain any required permits unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting. Additional charges may apply for restricted access or hazardous conditions.
5. Parts, Materials & Substitutions
We use new parts unless otherwise specified. When exact parts are unavailable we will propose comparable substitutions and obtain your approval before installation. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
6. Warranties & Limitations
We warrant workmanship for the period stated on your invoice (standard: 90 days) unless a different term is provided in writing. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Health & Safety
Our technicians follow applicable safety protocols. You must advise us of any site-specific safety requirements or medical conditions that affect access. We reserve the right to suspend work if conditions are unsafe until corrected.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect contact and billing information necessary to provide services. We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are provided. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or court proceedings as permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
